Bruh when Tasha and Ghost went to greif group, A couple sitting across from them who's husband could be ghost body double said " our son was killed by a drunk driver. The very next scene ghost tells Tosha. "we are not like these People." Foreshadowing that we are the type that handles Business.
The last scene of the show ghost runs up on the drunk driver at the liquor store, and asks him who he is? He not only confirms his identity he asks him do he even knows the nAme of the kid he killed and he gives an asshole answer like "who cares" . And then ghosts stabs him up.
^^^ It's not like none of that was cryptic, it was plainly stated in dialogue and shown on screen.

There was speculation earlier in the thread that the “run” text was part of a grand scheme to get Dre to run towards the other hitters, hence the wink from Tariq to ghost when he came out of the church. Kinda far fetched but knowing how whacked this show is, I didn’t totally dismiss the theory. This episode put that to rest. Tariq is a bitch.
