Damn! I watched his stand-up routine on Netflix not to long ago and I was in tears. His bit about making sure he has a pretty white girl with him so rescuers will look for him in case he goes missing was hilarious. Damn. Fucking shame he's already gone!

I'm 247 right now, I was 258, and I'm making my way down to 178. If you're also on that health journey go to the BGOL HEALTH SECTION for tips. Brothas, we have to do better, I'm tryin' daily but it's a struggle, I want to go to McDonald's, get some fried fish, or even pick up a pizza....but I'm on the edge of some unhealthy shit and I'm about to fall into the abyst, so I have to stay on the path. Brothas, as michael would have said "lets make a change" and if you are already on the path then keep doin' what u are doing. We can do it......we really can
