Ppl are not gonna like it but mRNA vaccines and CRISPR are being studied as potential "cures" for cancer.....

If you thought the Covid vax conspiracies were wild....... just wait until the cancer treatments come out
They can study it all they want as long as it’s goes through multiple vigorous clinic trials and not mass experimented on the population.

I have said too much, I need to follow this advice and worry about myself. Interfering with a booty bandit game could get me killed.

There's gotta be a doctor on this muhfucka to corroborate or refute this, but it's my understanding that what most people commonly think of as cancer is a much more complicated animal than we understand, and because there's such a wide spectrum of causes, aggravators, and treatment, it's really fucking difficult to find what would qualify as a "cure". in plain terms, it just not that simple.

man idon't remember us having a doctor on this bitch the entire time I've been here, how tf can that be lol

This is my understanding as well.

This is also the reason it's difficult to detect cancer from what I understand and why so many cases can go undetected even when people are being tested for cancer.

Cancer is a very complex disease. I agree with you about the idea that there is more money in treatment than in curing Cancer. That has always been nonsense. In my experience, from caring for someone with Cancer and now having it, people want easy answers. Somehow, the person with cancer has done something that gave them cancer. They didn't eat right; they drank too much; they never exercised; they didn't pray enough, etc...
The most significant factor in getting cancer and recovering from it is genetics. It's why some unhealthy folks never get cancer and why a world-class athlete in the prime of his career gets cancer. In the end, fighting Cancer is fighting yourself. Thanks to science, we have a fighting chance.

I'm sorry to hear this brother but you seem in good spirits despite your diagnosis.

My thoughts are with you.

Keep us updated in how you're doing (if you feel comfortable sharing that.)

We can't "cure" cancer in the sense of a single treatment for all cancers because it's not one disease, but rather a broad category of diseases with diverse origins and behaviors, where cancer cells can rapidly mutate, making it difficult to target them specifically without harming healthy cells, and different types of cancers often require different treatment approaches; early detection is crucial, but sometimes cancers can be hard to detect until they've spread, further complicating treatment options.

Key reasons why curing cancer is so complex:
  • Cancer diversity:
Over 200 different types of cancer exist, each with unique genetic mutations and behaviors, meaning a single cure is unlikely.

    • Cell mutation:
Cancer cells continuously mutate, which can make them resistant to treatments over time.
    • Immune system evasion:
Cancer cells often develop mechanisms to evade the immune system, making it difficult for the body to naturally fight them.
    • Tumor heterogeneity:
Even within a single tumor, cancer cells can vary significantly in their genetic makeup and response to treatment.
    • Early detection challenges:
Some cancers can be difficult to detect early on, when treatment is most effective.
    • Side effects of treatment:
Many cancer treatments can have severe side effects on healthy cells, limiting the dosage that can be administered.
However, despite these challenges, significant progress has been made in cancer research, with new treatments like immunotherapy showing promise in targeting specific cancer cell mutations and improving survival rates for many cancers.

Just like they had an Operation Warp Speed to get a vaccine for Covid.....they should have an Operation Warp Speed for Cancer too.
The cancer moon shot initiative started by Obama and eventually continued by Biden was supposed to be cancer's version of Warp Speed
