You are right about those Florida, laws. If someone attempted to kill her with a car and shoots them dead. It's cut and dry in Florida. Remember, everyone can have an open carry gun.

Just a reminder....what's good for the goose is NOT always good for the gander....Even with that video played in court and her actions defended by a good lawyer, they may still find her guilty at least on manslaughter just because she is who she is. black and a rapper and those two two things don't go well with white Floridians. I wish her well whatever the outcome.

Also, they will play her songs and listen to her lyrics to use that against her as well.

She might be a trash rapper but above all, it's never been ok or coo to jump on a bitch. If one man can't get the job done it's pitiful and them dudes couldn't sleep her. But I'm not condoning beating any woman just remove yourself from the bitch after saying what you got to say. If a bitch ain't putting her hands on me, sending someone at me, or threatening my safety then I just cuss her stank ass out then keep it pushing. If she is putting hands on a nigga then get her off you however you gotta but jumping a bitch ain't it. If she sucks at making music then cut her or fire her ass. This was not street business they were making music and managing artists no matter how trash the music was.

I believe that was legal / justified.

Both guys began running away.

Once she decided not to flee, but to then chase ole boy around the car and continue shooting, that's when the "crime" occurs..... the threat was eliminated and she could have left the situation via the opposite direction of them..... she chose further violence.
