Eartha Kitt look mad as hell. She probably thought at that point in her career, she shouldn't have had to take bikini photos in a group. I think she's about 15-20 years older than them.Jayne Kennedy, Eartha Kitt, and Freda Payne pose for JET magazine, July 11, 1974

Is it too late, or could he still sue that school for racial discrimination? Has that ever been tried?
I don't know. I imagine that the Brotha went to another school, but I wonder if Emory can be pressured into making the sort of reparations available the way Georgetown did and offer placement for the family members.
CACs, coons, and others are quick to say that shit like this was a long time ago when it was in many people's lifetime. Hell, it's only 5 years before I was born and I have older siblings that are as many as 10 years older than me.

Valerie Thomas is an American scientist and inventor who patented the illusion transmitter in 1980. After seeing an illusion that involved concave mirrors and light bulbs in a museum, she became curious about how she might apply concave mirrors in her work at NASA
Her invention, the illusion transmitter grew out of her experimentation with concave mirrors. You could call it early 3D technology.
Her invention transmits an optical illusion of a 3D image between concave mirrors that looks real on the receiving end. NASA continues to use her technology to this day.
She also developed real-time computer data systems to support satellite control centers and oversaw the creation of the NASA Landsat program that spearheaded some of the first image transmissions from space.
