Bridget Fonda miraculously survived a rollover car crash on the Pacific Coast Highway yesterday, walking away only because she wore her seat belt, authorities said.
The 39-year-old actress daughter of Peter Fonda and niece of Jane Fonda was headed south on the highway in Malibu when she lost control of her 2001 Jaguar – which flipped over an embankment and tumbled downhill.
Her car was totaled – but amazingly, the actress suffered only minor cuts and bruises.
I legit seen people walk away fine
And the next day or two have huge bruises and sometimes serious interior damage.
It's crazy.
I've been in a few accident, and I always dreaded the next day after the adrenaline wears off and your body has had time to fully react.

I understand your overall point and dudes are being type cruel but I understand that IS a drastic change . Also I think its a little more jarring because she was deliberately out of the spotlight for so long and MOST people lasting imagine is a skinny sexy white girl.

My point was we KNOW some of these women have aged very well in general
Many have huge make up teams
Many have surgery
Some we see have aged gracefully with no real additives
Like i said I'm not being critical of her at all
I'm saying how Hollywood can alter your perception and reality

She HAS changed a LOT
No one can deny that..
It's not my place to judge how a woman ages but I can say that most of the women in my family are blessed to be in their late 40s and early 50s and look like college students.
If she is happy? Her kids and husband happy? If they all healthy? She is beautiful as f*ck.
A lot of weight gain can come from depression and mental issues. Is she happy? Probably not. How were her finances after her career ended? What kind of stress is she under due to finances or medical bills? Expectations because of how she looked before? Just aging can cause some folk to get depressed and stop caring. What kind of support system does she have? Most of those other actresses are still working, still in demand. What happens when people stop giving a shit about you and can only talk about how far you've fallen? You think she doesn't know what the before and after looks like? Folks without good coping skills do excess eating, excess sex, drugs, alcohol, excess sleeping, etc. Some get violent and abuse others. Some will lose their appetite and waste away. Few are doing extra crunches or have coping skills that improve their looks. A lot of behavior comes down to self abuse or self punishment. Consciously or not.
I don't think the creator understood the meme exactly, but good commentary regardless.

uhh can i just state the very obvious
those famous women - they are an exception simply because of their line of work and the wealth they have
one - their job is to look good - literally if they dont look good they arent hired and cant work . and looking good does take a lot of work as you age ... but they already are/were exceptional looking women - thats just genetics. on top of that you posted a lot of red carpet runway shots where already its like a TEAM of people are thre to do hair and make up to make sure they look good ....
and a lot of those shots are from years are so back also - Madonna looks like a Sea Monkey now....
now on top of that as stated earlier
they are rich as fuck
if they had to make mortgage payments and kids and deal with spouses and families and work....theyd be looking their age because work and life ages you.

The thing is we are and should be completely insignificant to her. We don't really know sh*t about anything about her life. Like I said earlier there was a completely false narrative that she survived a horrible car accident and THAT is why she looks like she does. She married a VERY successful writer. Had a child. And they are still together apparently so I'm loathe to really start attempting to do some type of armchair analysis of her entire life. Especially as a man.
The ridiculous pressure of that Hollywood business is damn near inhumane.
