When you think of it, a fart is nasty as shit. You are breathing in air that was just inside somebody's ass.

Mind you tho, it takes 6 months to a year to get royalty cheques rolling in from a successful project. But I hear ya, get the divorce rolling, at least while recording.
Wouldn't matter any earnings, businesses or projects they've had up until (I believe) the date that someone officially files for divorce is community property.
That may only be in New York though, every state is different.
Matter of fact one of the issues I read in the Ben Affleck/JLO divorce was the fact that he formed a production company with Matt Damon while married which had released several successful projects and therefore she may be entitled to an ownership percentage of that company.
