Biggest loophole there is, did this with my 1st born daughter, her mother's mother tried everything to stop it from happening trying to bank off them and keep the welfare income going but thank god my daughters mother was determined to break the chain and did but that wasn't always the case back then I was just lucky I wasn't dealing with hoodrats.

1.) Within our current Child Support system, I'm surprised that Rick Ross didn't get ordered to pay more.
2.) Our Child Support system needs to be overhauled. The Child Support system should not provide a benefit to either parent. The receiving parent should get a card for the child's needs and the charges should be itemized and annually reviewed. The idea that the child should maintain the same standard of living in both households is broad. IMO it should instead be that the child maintains housing at the median cost of a specified area(depending on the custody schedule).
3.) An able-minded adult should be making more than $142/ month. This should be investigated.
4.) Why doesn't Ross seek more custody? These Fathers complain about paying hoodrats to raise their kids when instead they should be more concerned with these hoodrats solely raising their kids. It really sad to watch 50 Cent's relationship deteriorate with his son. Connection with my kids is far more important to me than any amount of money. If a parent doesn't feel that way, they shouldn't have kids IMO.

Thank you for bringing up “filing for custody”. Cats don’t get how establishing custody can make life easier in the long run. Same thing w/a woman. A man/father can come & take that child and not face any charges, if custody isn’t established.
My question is if a man is taking care of his child or paying child support why should he have to file for custody the mother doesn't have to do it should be automatically ⁵⁰/⁵⁰ custody!
