I get it. Not saying he was as big as they were or as influential but for this generation it fits. They weren't old enough to experience Pac and all that.
We have had discussions about how influential those two were. Nobody since then has come that close other than maybe Beyonce I guess. We lost Prince and MJ and there's no one to fill their shoes or spot or to even get close to that level as far as influence. We aren't getting into specifics like comparing record sales and all that. Influence is largely opinion. Maybe Mariah Carey or something but it's just not the same. Just a different generation.
