Just arrived. Surprisely I expected it to have a strong smell. Doesn’t really smell bad or have a strong smell at all. Consistency is like molasses. Haven’t tasted it yet. Heading to the gym after work. I’ll try it then. I‘ll stick with it for a couple weeks and see how I do.
