I’m hoping Joshua can pull it off. But, he knows that it wasn’t just a lucky punch that beat him last time. Ruiz was bringing it to him the entire fight and has/had better boxing skills.
Ruiz is obviously in Fighting shape and not bodybuilding shape. Kind of like Daniel Cormier, doesn’t look the part, but can kick ass.

He's NOT in fighting shape. That's just it.
He's at least 40% body fat and coming in fatter now. It's clear he doesn't do road work or take nutrition seriously. Joshua is coming in lighter cause he plans on staying busy. Fat bastard's 15 min are up

He riding this fat wave too long.
I have no respect for fighters who come in a ring
Where they can lose their life OUTTA SHAPE.
Truth be told he got lucky and caught Joshua
with a temple shot that he never recovered from.
As much as I hate British boxers Fat boy gonna lose tomorrow by KO
The same fat boy whooped Joshua's ass last time, no luck was involved.

If you watched the fight he caught him with a good shot in the temple
He never recovered. It was 100% luck. He'd already been down at that point too....
He fought back in desperation (I'll give him that)
Big belly fans won't be smiling this time
There has NEVER been a fat outta shape piece of shit champ like Ruiz
in the last 50 years. Time's up Saturday

What did Ruiz weigh in the first match?

Online they said he was 15 lbs lighter so 268-275ish?

I think Ruiz is going for the KO in the 1st few rounds. No way he lasts the entire fight with all that weight on him. It's going to be DO or DIE for Ruiz tomorrow. I can't wait

He looks slimmer. I wonder if he loses some power because of it though.
I doubt it. Punching power comes from leverage and technique more than weight. Look at Deontay Wilder. He’s got more stamina and quickness with minimal effect on power.

When I say fighting shape I’m referring the ability to ability to finish/compete in a 3 minute/12round fight. Not the way he Looks or his weight.

I need to see a side-by-side if what he looked like from the first weigh-in. He could’ve easily gain more muscle under that fat.

That just it. I don't think he can for 12 rounds rounds being fat. Certainly not at an elite level. There's a reason you do road work, have a nutritionist and come in shape. We'll see, I say he gets rolled up #Bankit

not a good look for ruiz, for various reasons. with that being said, i'm still putting money on ruiz by knockout.

The scales can be deceiving. Did he eat first and what did he eat?
For a big man, that water weight comes back quick
I dont see it hurting him at all, he's fought his entire career fat.
100 amatuer fights, 30 pro fights, and hes been the distance several times
he's fine

you can definitely build muscle under fat

You have to LOSE fat as you do it
It doesn't work where you Fat and muscle is being built under the fat
Listen, you not Fat and 268 and come in 283 cause you built up muscle
Period

Heavy weights don't dehydrate themselves
There's no reason to cause there's not a weight limit
So that water weight you referencing is when fighters trim down at the weigh in to MAKE a specific weight

I remember early on, Ruiz looked like he was training to get in better shape.

You can absolutely gain muscle mass but this dude looks like he just ate off his 15 minutes.

I never bought Joshua as a top heavyweight titlist but unless he was damaged (mentally) by that first loss, he should put Ruiz away.

All it takes is one shot to get a fighter shook. Not sure Ruiz can do it again.

He has the power, but he looks like he's been eating well and doesn't look hungry.

Joshua in 8.

you do not have to lose fat to build muscle.
who told you that?
you have to lose fat to see visible muscle
offensive lineman are generally fat but under that fat is muscle
when they retire they burn off the fat and you see dudes with a muscular build who looked nothing like themselves during their playing days

So that water weight you referencing is when fighters trim down at the weigh in to MAKE a specific weight

again heavyweights usually have a targeted weight they want to be at during fight time
therefore they follow similar weight loss methods as lighter fighters to be explosive on fight night
again i bet you anything ruiz ate before weighing in
