Yep, this could basically have half a California looking like 2012 movie
Florida ground is becoming increasingly unstable. Also people forget most of Florida is a swamp those buildings have never been built in the first place.
Especially on limestone.
Georgia has had snowfall in 2 times within a week. I've been down here for over 25 years and cant recall that happening before. Where 2 different snow storms moved through the area within a week. Especially, after such a mild autumn. The last time we had snow was in 2018. I guess that's what global warming is, "extreme" weather in the seasons. Super hot summers and super cold winters.
Notice the D.C. Area and Chesapeake region gets spared from all that shit. That's why I like living here.
