When the whole Puffy thing broke earlier this year, I knew Jay would be next to follow. Where there is smoke there is fire and all it takes is one person to come forward. Jay and Puff ran in the same circles. None of this would surprise me if true.

The music industry and Hollywood is full of deviants. Even if they didn't start that way, the lifestyle turns you into a demon.

The media is getting out of pocket with these allegations, portraying it as forcibly having sex with a minor when a young freak that throws herself at you is dusted off. I have seen young freaks, throw themselves at older men.

Jay-Z, the star rapper and entrepreneur whose real name is Shawn Carter, was accused in a lawsuit Sunday of raping a 13-year-old girl in 2000 allegedly along with Sean “Diddy” Combs.

The anonymous accuser, identified only as “Jane Doe,” said the assault happened after she was driven to an MTV Video Music Awards after-party.

The lawsuit was originally filed in October in the Southern District of New York, listing Combs as a defendant. It was refiled Sunday to include Carter.

Carter's attorney, Alex Spiro, and his publicist, as well as Combs’ representatives, did not immediately respond to requests for comment. Texas-based attorney Tony Buzbee, who filed the suit, did not comment.

Buzbee has filed several lawsuits in recent months — all have withheld their complainants’ names — accusing Combs of assault and rape. This is the first suit in which he has named another high-profile defendant.

Combs has repeatedly denied all the accusations against him. Federal prosecutors in New York criminally charged him in September with racketeering, sex trafficking and other offenses, and he is behind bars at Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center after he was denied bail for a third time last month. His trial scheduled for May 5.

Prosecutors said in a court hearing last month that they are in the process of potentially bringing more charges against Combs in a superseding indictment.

Before Sunday's lawsuit was re-filed, "Carter received a letter from Plaintiff’s counsel requesting a mediation to resolve this matter," Buzbee wrote in the suit. NBC News has seen that letter. In response to the letter, Buzbee wrote in the suit, Carter filed his own lawsuit against the accuser's attorneys.

The lawsuit claims that in 2000, when Doe was 13, Combs and Carter raped her at a house party after the MTV Video Music Awards in New York.

The lawsuit says a friend dropped her off at the VMAs at Radio City Music Hall. She did not have a ticket and approached various limousine drivers to try to gain access to the show or an after-party.

One driver, the lawsuit said, told her that he worked for Combs and that she “fit what Diddy was looking for.” He invited her to a party after the show and told her to return to his car later in the evening after he transported Carter and Combs, the suit said.

Later, the driver picked her up, the suit said, and after 20 minutes they arrived at a white house with a U-shaped driveway, the suit says. She had to sign a document she believed was a nondisclosure agreement on arrival — and did not receive a copy — to enter the party, which the suit says was filled with celebrities and people doing marijuana and cocaine.

She was offered a drink that made her feel “woozy, lightheaded and felt [like] she needed to lie down,” the suit says, and she went into a room to rest.

Shortly afterward, the suit says, Combs and Carter entered the room with Combs saying, “You are ready to party!”

That’s when, she alleges, Carter removed her clothes, held her down and raped her while Combs and an unnamed female celebrity watched. She says Combs also raped her as Carter and the woman looked on.

The suit says that she was able to resist being forced to perform oral sex on Combs by hitting him in the neck and that he “stopped.”

After the alleged assault, the suit says, she “grabbed her clothes” and left. She made her way to a gas station, where she called her father.

The accuser is seeking unspecified damages. The lawsuit is filed under New York’s Victims of Gender-Motivated Violence Protection Act.
It's ironic the pictures they chose to post with this article...

That picture of Jay with the white durag and the rocawear oversized tee... that's from the night of the alleged rape.

Jay was at the VMAs on September 7, 2000 and later attended an after party in downtown Manhattan. There's a fan page with tons of pictures of Jay at said party...

Combs' party was in Jersey.

I never even knew there was a video for this, but...............not looking good for KRS when he seems to speak strangely on Bambaataa's controversy.
And he was with Foxy…

This clip just seemed wrong when I first seen it. :smh:
They didn't have anything on DeShaun Watson either other than their word against his. They bank on celebrities wanted to save some face and make stories like this go away. The problem Jay now has, it that once one accuser goes public. There is usually more who pop up and try to cash in.

Yeah, Michael Jackson found out real quick.
We the older generation have a saying for this one.... "A hit dog will holler".....

... What does that mean? It means in the Case of Jay-Z... All of the other incidents that happened to him over the years, whether its him or his wife, he didnt say or speak on the topic.
... But since this came out, he types up a whole college thesis paragraph proclaiming his innocence. This is coming from someone that dosent use social media.

Actions speak louder than words.... (IF ITS TRUE IT DID COME DIRECTLY FROM HIM)

Exactly, this whole "me too" BS needs to die
I was thinking this, but still giving him benefit of the doubt in this scenario because I just knew he was going to get caught up somehow with Diddy with all these allegations. Hope it's not true, but what you are saying is a true thing. I did think how come Jay Z never addressed that daughter situation that Dehaven is also cosigning? Yet, this one was real quick, but understandable too with the serious nature of it.

And then he had another bitch come get a little slice of that. These lawyers throw out big fish net to get as many accusers as possible. If you been out fooling with any amount of women. It's damn near impossible to defend yourself. And it's a wrap if you did the slightest thing wrong. DeShaun Watson was wilding out. But most of those women knew what was up and thought they had something to gain because of his celebrity status. Like the one woman who met up with him knowing damn well she wasn't a licensed massage therapist.

many and I mean most would have just paid the money

Jay didn't pay

Sued Buzbee first

Publicly ethered him

Then told him to criminally charge him

If Hov really guilty?

may he rot in hell but I still respect his defense.

And i think he is innocent (of this specific charge)

Sidebar... what the f**k did these dudes on here expect Drake to do? Let SOMETHING LIKE THIS HAPPEN TO HIM TOO?

these dudes comedy central

Buzbee the same lawyer that was representing all them women that went after Deshaun Watson. Jay may as well break bread and hope no one else pops up. He can choose to fight it and risk any other skeletons possibly falling out the closet. 2000 was a long time ago though and no telling what type of shit was going on at them parties. Public perception will cancel him even if he innocent. It's a classic case of her word against his.
So during that time Jays was 26 and we are to believe a 13 year old girl was at a party with all those grown people and no one noticed?

I see why this case was originally thrown out

You don’t think Diddy had money and connections and lawyers in speed dial? All it takes is a OWN special of “surviving Jay-Z” and he is cooked
Naw, Diddy fucked up by not paying his ho. She had all the intel on him and he knew this but was to arrogant.

Diddy should have always made sure she was good

Not saying she telling the truth. But it's not hard for girls like that to gain access to parties. It happens more than you may think. Especially when you have yes men who jobs are to recruit are allow girls they prefer access to them.

When I was in my mid 20s and still going to clubs. The bouncers never checked the ids of the girls. It was only the men who got carded. I remember running into one of my homeboys kinfolk who only 16 at the time. I asked her what the hell she was doing in the club. She said they never check her id. And she had one of her friends with her. This was at a local joint that Slim Thug was performing at that night.

It's fucked up how people immediately convict and take joy in the (potential) downfall of successful black men without seeing or hearing any evidence whatsoever.

What’s even more depressing is it's our own people leading the charge :smh:

If he or anyone is guilty of these sort of crimes then let them burn for it but can we at least make sure they're guilty first?

When you consider the history of black men being falsely accused, convicted, and at times killed for these types of crimes I'd think other black people would more skeptical of these charges.
