Alright alright alright!

So walmart has Badia products in the SPICES aisle.

But...as suspected they didn't carry orange or lime specifically. But...

They DO carry Mojo, and Chile/Lime. Looking at the ingredients it seems they have similar stuff. I picked those up and will have to order orange and lime from Amazon I guess.

I'm a big spices/sauces guy once I figured out to buy those and cook at home instead of ordering out. Picked up some General Tso sauce too. That'll make a nice chicken/shrimp bowl for tonight.
C'mon man you got to make ya own GT sauce!!!

What did you check NamDaeMum in Morrow??? I checked Dekalb Farmers market already... It seems like every time that I go there I feel like a kid and a culinary candy store and I always leave out with stuff that I had no intentions on getting. It's like when I go to Walmart sometimes the same thing

Post your recipe
Sorry just saw this...
Here's a simple one that I've made in Culinary School some years ago. One thing I noticed it tastes slightly better with brown sugar and not granulated and some people tend to add red pepper flakes to that sauce and not the chicken it self.

General Tso's Sauce
1/2 cup cold water
5 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
3 tbsp rice vinegar, or more to taste
1 1/2 tbsp hoisin sauce
4 tbsp granulated sugar
1 1/2 tbsp cornstarch

Let me know how you like it.

Do you just simmer it for a while to let it come together?

My mind is blown here.
