Slutty Vegan shut down at Spelman and lead to a debate about black businesses taking advantage of their own damn kind

Fact a black biz is no longer there, fact is there is no more black eateries serving that school.. fact it wouldn’t be a story if it wasn’t the black biz that got pushed out( if the sushi spot got pushed out would their even be a thread on it).. fact is vegan food demographic is smaller compared to other food genres.. fact is vegan food cost more than most other food options.. fact prices might have went up the past 2 yrs.. fact is inflation has increased and people spending habits have changed over the past yrs.. fact college kids depending on background/ economics can be frugal spenders.. possibly this yr class spending habits differ from 2023 class… all these factors have been spoken on the past 6 pages.. anything else?

The fact is, that the owner of SV being Black and the owner of the taco place being Black or white isn’t the reason that SV restaurant isn’t there anymore.

Yes the humans who owned SV were Black, that doesn’t make it a Black and white issue as to why SV is no longer at Spelman.

Could’ve sworn you said I won an hr ago.. it’s easy to say all those factors come into play and everybody was right but you just want to continue.. here it goes what restaurants were serving spelman food in 2015? What restaurants were serving food in 2005? In the past 10-20 yrs I’m pretty sure things were added and things were let go and guess what not one single fucking thread about it.. not in 2005 not in 2015, yet in 2025 we have a thread about a restaurant leaving..why is it a thread on it? Cause it was a black eatery.. that’s the point..I literally explain that b4.. was there a thread about their sushi bar being added nope? Or Starbucks nope? Why not? Cause they weren’t black eateries so nobody cared
