I don't think any of us are new mods, just able to mod outside our sections.
You can still debate with folks, but the personal attacks, calling names and stuff, is what we are trying to avoid. This isn't a license for women and new folks to walk all over you. Just treat folks like guests, allow them to get comfortable, etc instead of running them off the first time they post.
