My guess is that it'll only be 25 basis points since that's what the market is expecting.

What'll be interesting is the spread between the 30 yr fixed and the 10 yr yield. If that were normal right now, the 30 yr would already be ~5.9%.

Same city , Stanford is the college and its own unincorporated city. The population is made up of the students and faculty that live around and on campus but the school is actually in Palo Alto. So this entire area really is Palo Alto with the school having a “city” in its name .
