Clearly he was delivering food and ummmmmm, i see what you are getting at. At 9.51 he is taking pics of her outside and 20 minutes later he has the food. and she is just coming up the stairs.
I am thinking he was taking the pics outside....she was tore up and needed food, so they got in the car and went and got food and when they returned she was having a hard time getting up the stairs, so he had the food in one hand, helped her with the other and she woke up the next morning wondering why her asshole was hurting and there was leftovers from two different meals.
