that clip is from the TV show Southland. Ironically, one cop was a pill popper getting his pills both legal and illegally. the other one was on his way to becoming a full blown dirty cop, by the time the show was cancelled.
I know. Fucking loved that show. I've got it on my hard drive. That and the Chicago code are two of my favorite cop dramas. Both were short-lived with Southland lasting Five Seasons in Chicago code lasting 13 episodes
