I half way don't get it. One is Where's Waldo. Who is the other?
Carmen Sandiego...international fugitive. It was a computer game waaaaaay back in the day when Oregon Trail and Reader Rabbit were out and trying to get kids into computers. It was also a gameshow with one of the coolest acapella theme songs that anyone in there early 30s can repeat verbatim. There was also a cartoon where kids were chasing her around the world...kind of an edutainment product but it had really good animation and action elements.
