Someone did that to me when I lived in Manayunk and had single garage parking. My Philly people know how difficult it is to find parking in that neighborhood on a weekend. The car was a Honda, and I'm very familiar with how Honda's can start without a key. I gently unscrewed the steering column, took apart the ignition, and started it with a screwdriver. Drove it to the city's parking lot and left it running. That was over 14 years ago, and I still don't give a fuck what happened to that car.
