Everybody here should watch this. Best couple minutes I've spent in a while
I had a fifth grade teacher at Miles Elementary in Cleveland, Mrs Margaret Bates. She wrote a Black History rap in 1987 that our class performed to the Kurtis Blow Christmas Rap.
"Hello folks, how do you do? We have come to rap to you. This is a song about Black appreciation about Black people who helped build our nation." That's all I remember, but it was 38 years ago
