Ive worked for Spectrum which used to be Time Warner for almost 17 years now. So let me go ahead and tell yall whats really going on. For some reason folks always get mad at the cable provider instead of the company that owns the channels...which is Disney. Whenever a contract is up, they will request a much higher amount of money to allow channels to be carried. Cable companies would have to raise the customer's bill to pay for that shit. ESPN is the biggest loss out of all the channels because its the most popular. Now how many people want their cable bill raised AGAIN for a sports channel they dont even watch? This shit happens all the time. It will be resolved like always. Price wont change much on yall bill. Everybodys happy. But please believe Disney is on that bullshit, not Charter Spectrum.

Same thing will happen when Comcast and AT&T's contracts are up too, as well as any other cable or satellite company. Its just Charter is first up to bat.

I just got YouTube TV so I haven't worked out the winds and the wise of everything and how it works, but it does have NFL Network.

So that 40-50 dollar bill that will have all internet devices powered up is better than paying 60+ per cable box that has limited access to things like sports, movies, shows.. free99 gives you all access to all sports, all shows, pay per views, movies that’s still in the theatres and so much more… 40/50 internet bill>>>>> 60+ per cable box

Man if I didnt get free internet and cable with all the channels, I would only pay for internet.... then just stream what I wanted. Most people over do it and end up having a bunch a shit they dont even watch. Same with internet speeds. Paying extra for higher tiers that arent even necessary because they dont understand bandwidth. I laugh when I go to upgrade some computer nerd or gamer to gig down from 300 down. They think web pages are gonna load faster or they can kill peopler quicker on Call of Duty.

Best thing to do is find a decent reliable HSD service and stream what little you do like to watch.

Yes this is true. But remember a lot of that free shit isnt all the way reliable. Even though my cable is free, if I order pay per view I only get a 20 percent discount. So I usually try to find a free link for the fights. And we know how that goes...a whole lot of buffering. You would be amazed at how many service calls I would get claiming the internet was slow and the customer was experiencing tons of buffering. They would be using some media box or jailbroke Firestick to watch all that stuff. I would check everything and the internet would be fine. Then I would ask them to show me what they were watching. Some bootleg illegal streaming shit is what it was. First question I would ask is "Does your Youtube or Netflix buffer like that?" As soon as they said no, I was out the fucking door.
