Looking at these photos, remind me how much of a headache it is sometimes to get these photos taken. Lol!!The Black Family
I do a family photo every two years. It's like pulling teeth. But, the end results are always great and worth the effort. Plus, I remind myself that the photos are not just for us right now. They are for all of our future descendents 20, 50, 100 years from now.

I remember reading an intersting article about this photo. The photographer had a hard time getting the kids to sit still while trying to fit everyone into the picture just right. Count Basie is sitting down because he got irritated and tired of standing. It took well over an hour to get everyone together just right on a warm summer day.
