When Anakin put the galaxy at peril to save someone he cared about, he became a Sith. So is Sabine a Sith or nah?

Ahsoka
Episodes 7 - 8

I watched these two this morning now that I’m back home to reset my clock.

C-3PO made a cameo representing Leia.

We got to see Ezra in action. He has more control of the Force and used in a way for combat without the use of a lightsaber that we are not accustomed to seeing. Also, being Ezra is an adult, he isn’t corny and annoying as he was in Rebels.

Thrawn is coming off like he was in Rebels which is good.

Ahsoka, Ezra and Sabine reunite with Ezra who rebuilt himself a lightsaber.

And we got Zombie Stormtroopers. HaHa!!!

The season ended with Shin going her own way.

Baylan, he too goes his own way. The Ones debuted as statues that Baylan came across. Unknown what Disney has plans for with his character being actor Ray Stevenson passed away before the series debuted. Hopefully they do a good recast because he came off as the best character of the series. Lots of questions are still unanswered about him.

Thrawn made it back to the galaxy. It’s possible he lays the groundwork for the First Order that debuted in Episode 7.

Ezra return to the galaxy and meets up with Hera.

And Ahsoka and Sabine are stuck for now in the other galaxy.

I looked it up, these characters and Boba Fett are under the umbrella of the “Mandoverse”. They all are supposed to come together for the future Mandalorian movie that will conclude all the storylines/characters. Small chance we will see a 2nd season of Ahsoka. Her character might get killed off in the film being her voice was heard in Episode 9 when Rey was unconscious along with other dead Jedi.

With what was brought up on Ashoka’s character, it’s a good chance that she was the other Jedi that Yoda spoke of in Episode 5 when Luke took off. She was the only one that knew Anakin closely and she kicked his Ass in the Rebels series when he was Darth Vader.

It definitely would have been nice to have Yoda debut and speak to Ahsoka and possibly reveal and confirm that theory. It definitely would have been a key moment of the series. Yoda did try to keep her with the Jedi Order but decided to let her go. He must have kept close contact with her over the years.

Overall, it’s an entertaining series. Nothing great or spectacular or big reveals. They probably could have released all the episodes at once. Disney might need to start doing that with some future series going forth.

I didn't think Ashoka was that bad. I think too many of ya'll expected the series to be as good as a Star Wars movie. I think Ashoka was better than Boba Fett.

If I had to rank the Disney Star Wars spin-offs, #1 The Mandolarian, #2 Obi-Wan, #3 Ashoka, #4 Boba Fett.

Each series has been watchable, specifically for people--like me, who grew up on Star Wars. Each spin-off keeps the franchise alive. Be thankful.

Thank you Disney, thank you for having Leah and han divorced in the new trilogy! Thank you for making Luke Skywalker a coward hermit who gave up on his own nephew for...reasons, when he didn't give up on his father who was basically space hitler. Thank you for never having the original trio reunite on film, thank you for undoing the victory in Jedi and making boba Fett a fat soft nomad who gets as much respect as Rodney Dangerfield, thanks for making his Asian sidekick the star of his show. Thank you for taking your one good show The Mandalorian and destroying the season 2 finale by immediately reuniting grogu and din(on a different show btw) and for making season 3 all about bo katan, Thanks for making the force female, and for giving us a sad sap obi wan who wasn't training or connected to the force when his one job was to protect Luke Skywalker, thanks for space witches and definitely thanks for rey!

And no need to talk about how boring pointless and poorly written this series was, the character choices, the reactions to certain scenarios, the character progression(or lack thereof) it was one of the worst shows I've seen with such a high Budget.... the dialogue, Laughable.

Outside of a few lines from Mandalorian that got memed the writing for star wars is now a joke, say what you will about Lucas and his writing bit he wrote lines that lasted for decades, This shit is already forgotten.

I don't understand how someone who grew up watching star wars can be okay with the ideas being shit out by Disney, the retconning of Lucas's ideas and the destruction of the OT characters. What they've done to luke especially can only be looked at as an embarrassment.

It's a bad form and.they ripped off starkiller..that's where it comes from. Filoni is a fanboy hack who lucked his way into Lucas films.
Ahsoka's two handed blade form is actual well balanced .... in the cartoons

Her form is based around defensive blocks with the sabers while simultaneously fighting with flips, kicks, and the force. The problem with this adaption is much like Yoda in ep 2, you can't really do her style justice outside of the cartoons and CGI effects. It's honestly too cartoonish for live action.

I will say that the younger actress playing Ashoka in the flashbacks seemed more relaxed than Rosario with the two Saber scenes. Rosario looked like she couldn't wait for something to happen so she could go back to single sword choreography.

I trust filoni, he's made the best non Lucas star wars shit by far. Rebels was dope so a continuation is very welcome. I wonder how or if they'll catch up the casual audience members who I'm sure never watched rebels.

This season of mando where jon favreau has been mostly in charge of writing and show running has been by far the weakest. Imo it's because filoni has been on Ashoka, so we see the true creative force behind mando.

Not to mention that rogue one got its ending from filoni(rebels original ending/plot to steal death star plans) which reiterates my point that feloni is the best new star wars creative mind since rogue one is the best non Lucas star wars movie by far imho

Anyway looks dope, Can't wait.
I take back everything I wrote, He's a god damn idiot. Also apologies to Jon faverau lol

The Anakin and young Ashoka scenes were the best part of the series, especially when those two fought at the end.

Imo that was one of the worst parts since it was little more than member berries/fan service. It served no purpose and made no sense, it was clearly and fully inserted into the story just to needlessly include Anakin. Live or die? Wtf kind of lesson is that? Since when was Ahsoka suicidal? Lmao she's literally in the middle of an important mission, that includes saving her friends and keeping the galaxy from turmoil and she needs to be told that it's better to live than to die? Dave filoni is a fucking idiot who writes dialogue that would be better suited for an episode of dora the explorer.

Young Ahsoka on the other hand was probably the best part of the show since she actually played the character with some enthusiasm and well, character. Rosario was basically acting with the range of mia khalifa boredly getting pounded while thinking of verses from the Koran during her porn career. I've never thought Rosario was a Great actress in the first place but she could have certainly done better.

Still she was wasted in a overall poorly shot flashback scene that mostly featured her and Anakin walking through orange smoke while deflecting random lazer fire.

It’s looking like Dave Filoni will be the guy to clean up George’s mess.

Star Wars Is Finally Completing George Lucas' Unfinished Chosen One Arc

Dave Filoni has plans to explore and expand on the history of the Mortis gods, connecting them to the World Between Worlds and potentially concluding a Mortis trilogy in Ahsoka season 2.

There showing a star wars marathon on fx today but can't get exited for it because this show exist then there's the sequel trilogy well actually that sucky rise of Skywalker. Disney has managed to to the impossible and that is make me not like star wars.
