You need to get them to accept their lower role, due to their limited abilities. You need to point out their deficiencies, or things you were able to do that they failed at.

Let say a black women had a white boss for 20 years, you as a freedman are promoted to this position over them. They will challenge this because you are not white, they would be more willing to accept another white supervisor/manager which is what they are familiar with.

So sad, I first saw it on Facebook and didn't believe it. It had to be a rumor, a fake ass rumor. Then I strolled over to Twitter, & that shit was depressing; that info looked legit and they had pictures & video. Next stop, BGOL. This was even before TMZ reported it. Man, I feel sorry for his family.

That initial denial was hope against the worst. Not that familiar with Migos catalog but I did notice the growth in their artistic talent over the years. Takeoff really lived up to his moniker name in flow.
