It went from a closed & private contractual fight, to a Twitter altercation of failed negotiations.
Sad that Espinoza and Al didn' want to provide any "guarantee money".
I would STILL partially blame Mayweather for this. He was once someone that knew what it's like being captive to a promoter YET he's promoting ppl (under Al) to not provide a guarantee? Mayweather should've just gave the approval instead of shortening their legacy. I know EXACTLY what's going on..... Mayweather DOES NOT want ANYONE to surpass his record, or even come remotely close to the bags he was and still getting.
A huge ESJ fan however, these are continued saddened times for both Erroll and Terrence

Keep thinking Mayweather isn't involved in this matter. He even mentioned that NOTHING gets reported, regarding the fight being made official UNLESS it is carried out by either by himself (Mayweather) OR FightHype. Trust, I'm paying CLOSE attention
There is no money for this fight if neither of them is getting a guaranteed fight purse. Errol should've looked into that 50 mil deal. 
Fight looks to be dead now. Spence will fight one more time a 147 then move up. Crawford will fight Ortiz after his December fight.
They should've done this fight when Crawford was with Top Rank.

Mayweather is not involved. Its not happening under his management. Dont believe everything Mayweather says bro. He has access to all the info because its his business partners but he cant make or break the fight.
Anyone not seeing the bullshit that Al & PBC is trying to pull is either a moron or retarded probably both. How in the hell isn't a fight of this magnitude guaranteed purses for both fighters? And even if Spence took that fight he's going to come out smelling good because Al & Co are going to make sure of it but TC would get the short end of the stick. TC agreed to taking far less % wise than he ever should just to make the fight happen. Al & Co need to produce dated paperwork to show they agreed to show all the expenses or they are lying, that would be a fairly easy thing to do. This fight doesn't need a ton of promotion to sell out just about every venue in Vegas. How is it that Al & Co gave Ugas a guaranteed purse but can't give TC one?
Thanks for co-signing the same thoughts I have. PBC was going to offer Canelo $50mill to fight Charlo but WHY couldn't they give two black fighters in TC & Spence $20mill or even downward the most $10mill a piece. If PBC is going through financial problems, (which I doubt) what does that say about Floyd's money (not that I'm in his pockets) to fund the fight?
Honestly, I don't think their going through financial issues. I just believe Al being the advisor he is, is advising himself to take a large portion of the profits for reasons unknown. I may be reaching but I really believe Mayweather is up to this fuckery. Gervonta STILL hasn't resigned back to Mayweather promotions. That must tell us something.
I also believe b/c Broner is telling ALL b/c of him being salty that Mayweather hasn't helped him out during his outside rough patches looking for a fight while being in debt, he's ironically saying things he can legally say about Mayweather/PBC while being newly signed to BLK. I also hear that Broner is the influencer for getting some boxers from PBC over to BLK. Is it Gervonta? Robert Easter? Erikson Lubin? Thoughts while.....

It's like someone pointed out earlier in here that Floyd is looking out for Floyd's pockets & his ego. Al is a shyster, as are most boxing promoters. But say what you will about Don King, but dude made fights happen even if it was with other promoters that he hated. Al is trying to keep belts & fighters in PBC fighting each other or gas station attendants.
They know the Spence & Crawford fight will do huge #'s at the gate & PPV, so I'm having a hard time understanding why they can't guarantee purses. Guaranteed purses have been in effect for everyone Spence has fought up to this point, but now all of a sudden it can't happen.
