Let say as an influencer I openly support Kamala like what LeBron did for Hillary Clinton. I might face some tongue lashing from right wing media but nothing too harsh. Now that I look back on this, he was preemptively protecting himself by getting politically involved rather than being neutral showing he had no support for Trump.
