The most difficult part is pruning. It's tough to separate the leaves from the flowers - there's a lot of leaves.
Unfortunately, I wasn't able to remove the male plants before they pollinated the females, so there are seeds. The dark green plant in the first picture seems like a good one. I have about 4 more plants outside right now that I need to bring in before the weather breaks
One question: what's the difference between plants that grow straight up with no branches on the stall and others have branches all the way up the plant. Any idea why?

12/12? I don't know what that means. I also don't know what kind of plants I have
I went back to read and ok I see you just tossed em in there and hoped for the best lol.
12/12 is a reference to light cycling. 12 hours of darkness to 12 hrs of light. The plant will begin to flower once they recognize the light cycle. (Yes these plants are that smart) So usually with a 12/12 auto flower cycle, they'll grow super quick but relatively short with smaller yields because of the cycle. In this case, yours shot up straight to make that cola as potent as possible.
What I'm going to do is separate the seeds from the plants that produced good stuff. The first picture looks really good, even though it grew straight up. Really dark leaves, even though I don't know the type.
The random seeds I have I'll still use, but seeds from plants that I know produce good stuff I'll use first
It actually looks like a purple kush indica or some variation of it. Either way it looks good. Keep at it.
And pay close attention to the harvesting process.

My ladies did well this year. Had some super fat colas towards the end. This plant is Neville's Haze, a purely sativa dominant strain that's super chill and hits the spot in all settings.

Next time, top ur plant at the 8 to 12inch from the soil.. then top them again around the 16 to 20inch from the soil,, that will give you 4 to 6 stalks of cannabis?. You can also SOG your girls around the 2 or 3ft from the soil..
Anyway, good job bruh.. It's all a learning process.. My first girl I tried growing, my plant grew real good and healthy. However my buds annd cola were reeal fluffy and airy.. So, I just started all over again and got my ph/nutes/air/humidity/lights together and took tons of mental notes. My 2nd girls turned out good.. Growing girls takes time and lots of attention..

I grew mine outside right next to my garden and no one was the wiser. I've had a garden for 5 years now, so no one thinks twice about tall plants. Next year I will be more adamant at checking them after heavy rains. I lost two plants because of flooding/improper drainage - one as I said was nearly 6 ft. tall. I just have to ensure there are big enough holes for the water to drain out in the bottom
Nothing special special. Watered every two days, plenty of air flow outdoors and maximum sunlight.
I did give it nutes here and there. Mostly Cal-Mag and Roots Organic Buddha Bloom.

I can imagine depending on the strain. I actually juice the leaves raw and keep it in the fridge. Maybe take a shot or two a week or throw a shot in a smoothie. For me, it's the perfect illness prevention. I've been surrounded by fools coughing and hacking all fall and haven't seen so much as a sniffle. Usually it'd be the other way around.
The purple has arrived thanks to this fall cold.

DC, but you can grow anywhere so long as you're discreet about it
I prefer growing outdoors because I believe the sun adds nutrients. I have a nosey neighbor so growing outdoors is impossible.
