There is a lot of gamemanship with some attorneys. If I was a plaintiff, I wouldn't do that to people. However, a defendant has every right to engage in these tactics.
For example, Jay Z ran out with his full court, closing argument giving the plaintiff a preview of their case. All that it matters is the testimony that she gives under her oath, she can say whatever she wants to NBC. His attorney could have not shown his hold card and let her give this testimony about a white house and Benji Madden in court. I bet you $100 she will not give that same testimony in court or under deposition.
The police can lie to you to trick you into a confession, but when it gets to the courtroom, their testimony has to be truthful. You can't use that the police were lying to you as a defense.
Buzbee gamemanship which I don't agree should be used as a plaintiff is on point. It is a waste of time trying to get a case dismissed, especially with the heinous accusations, they will need at least, some testimony under oath.
