there are many of us putting up the good fight to stay healthy, active and eat right. i lost 100lbs 5 years ago after an injury and then eating stupidly with no activity and a desk job. i swing 20lbs in one direction or the other but i am not putting on that 100lbs again even if all i can do is walk.
i suffered a knee injury three months ago and it sidelined me big time. i put on 15lbs. but i got back to running a few weeks ago. fuck that.
none of us have to settle for poor health and or obesity.

What I have learned in all my years is these entertainment women are not dimes or fine to begin with unless u add layers of makeup,weaves,hairpieces,implants,new teeth,expensive clothes,great lighting and best nutritionists money can buy. When any of that shit is taken away you see the real woman and it's not a pretty site. Throw in a kid or two and the fantasy is totally fucked up. Everyday women at the store,gas station,church,school etc..are far finer and prettier than these entertainment bitches.
