I agree. If she resigns, I won't be surprised. Seems fuckery follows that heaux wherever she goes.

Most of the time they remain silent, so making a statement such as we are detaining you due to reasonable suspicion that you were involved in a crime or to protect my safety, any resistance to this detainment could result in your permanent injury or death. If we believe that you were not involved in a crime then we will release you from your detainment. If we find facts to support an arrest, you will be presented in front of a judge to set bail or to remand you to jail for trial.
I'm going to be honest here -- I never understand a word of what you're talking about. Now I'm not blaming you for that. It could be my problem but it's strange that I've probably read a 100 or so of your comments and haven't been able to understand a single one.Prime Directive:
I am providing too much information again for clowns like Boyce Watkins and sharing my vast intellect for the feeble minded such as the pundits on Youtube which will contribute to over population. An alternative solution is exorbitantly charge money, but that seems to be ineffective due to their rampant surveillance regardless of your human rights. Many of them lack the self awareness of their actions
The same people struggling to survive, have a strong correlation to over reproducing despite the environmental conditions like a lizard laying 100 eggs. When you assist them you might as well have the world population at 20 billion people. This is why we are in the mess we are in now, over sharing information whose chance of survival is increase significantly, that then go on to have 20 kids.
No matter well intentioned your action, you do them more harm by assisting.

Memphis fam, do yall have a large immigrant community?
This shit is just divisive as hell and so immature from a nigga in his mid 50s.
Got a few mexicans. Got a few Asians. But not many black immigrants at all. I don’t even think there is enough to say there is a “community” of (fill in the blank) immigrant.
That fool don't know what the fuck he's talking about..just trolling

Y'all can go on a tour all over the world for the next 10 years talking shit about Tariq Nasheed and at the end it won't make a bit of difference, the system of white supremacy will still be in place.
Fuck what Tariq is saying, keep your eye focused on that white man. We fall into this trap everyday, focused on what another negro has to say.

It is definitely your problem. @COINTELPRO is one of the most astute posters on BGOL.I'm going to be honest here -- I never understand a word of what you're talking about. ..... no..... it's not your problem..... it's a problem of anyone here with a reasonably sane mind that reads even one of his posts...... that's why I gave him an all-expenses paid one-way ticket to "Ignordia".... tinfoil hats includedI'm going to be honest here -- I never understand a word of what you're talking about. This is the reason Whitlock was on Tucker, this is the reason Larry Elder will be on Fox and Friends. These black traitors are plants, they're not really genuine about any of the things they are saying.

What about when they have them physically restrained, yet they are unable to get handcuffs on them? If that person is involved in a murder, and they can't detain them due to their unreasonable resistance, and they pose a risk to public safety, than deadly force may be used. It would be no different than pulling a knife out.
Here with a basic traffic stop, when they were unable to restrain them, than an option that police should have is letting them go if they are unable to put handcuffs on them after detaining them and they don't pose a risk to public safety.
When May Officers Use Deadly Force? – North Carolina Criminal Law
Recent well-publicized incidents have led to questions about when a law enforcement officer may use deadly force to seize a fleeing suspect. The shortnccriminallaw.sog.unc.edu
They used to be able to use deadly force for a fleeing suspect that poses a threat to others back in the day until the Supreme Court handcuffed them with case law. This culture of having somebody detained at all costs even for a petty traffic stop or petty theft such as George Floyd is the problem. Law Enforcement should not have to involved in WrestleMania to detain somebody.
@TENT
I'm just trying to brainstorm some solutions to this problem based on my review of the video tape. Another thing that could do is similar to Miranda Rights is read a prepared statement advising the person that they're continued resistance could result in permanent injury or death getting to them to acknowledge this fact.
This could protect them from being seen as using excessive force.
This is a common thing with people that are caught committing a crime is to absolve themselves by proving criminal conduct of the accuser. The person that videotaped Eric Garner was arrested after it was released. This is something that your attorney should prepare you for if you prove your case that you may become a target in the future to bolster their PR image.
And it would still be closer to the pulse of the so-called black community than you’ll ever be.Couldn’t be any further from the truth
The mayor and police chief need more heat on them for putting all of this in motion.Ok ok. I understand. You know what. I agree with you 100% in what you just mentioned.
I do think citizens do not understand what they can and cannot do.
It may be easier for you to ignore him....not so easy for those of us who belong to the group he is clearly targetting...he has many followers...plenty of them on this very site
The review board heard testimony from a number of witnesses. Two hotel employees testified that they did not see Evans kick Gettler.[24] Additionally a port police officer testified that he did not see Evans kick Gettler, however some aspects of his statement contradict photographs from the scene.[24] Gettler was brought to the police station and given medical treatment for injuries to his face, but did not mention being kicked at that time.[15] According to Gettler's father, later that day, Gettler told his father that he had been kicked by an officer, and his father testified to that at Dorner's disciplinary hearing.[15][28] In a videotaped interview with Dorner's attorney, shown at the hearing, Gettler stated that he was kicked in the face by a female police officer on the day and in the place in question; however, when Gettler testified at the hearing, his responses to questioning were described as "generally ... incoherent and nonresponsive."[29][30] The investigation concluded that there was no kicking and, later, decided that Dorner had lied, resulting in his termination.[31]
Yeah, you're just "too intellectual" like every dude with the tin foil hat.
I need to be on an intellectual forum, this is getting tiring trying to explain myself in detail or catch up somebody with a basic knowledge base.
One day it will click and you understand what I'm saying on here if you continue your pursuit of knowledge.
Yeah, you're just "too intellectual" like every dude with the tin foil hat.
We are detaining you due to reasonable suspicion that you were involved in a crime or to protect my safety, any resistance to this detainment could result in your permanent injury or death. If we believe the factual evidence gathered do not support an arrest then we will release you from your detainment. If we obtain evidence to support an arrest due to a violation of the law, you will be presented in front of a judge to set bail or to remand you to jail for trial.
I agree with all this but all American citizens technically already have Miranda rights, which includes the right not to self-incriminate and the right to an attorney, but that doesn't change how the police approach people in our community. You could be right with this situation or it could be much deeper complex issue, we should prepare for my tinfoil hat theories as noted below:
I just want the necessary reforms to take place so that it does not happen again and to stop this PR campaign of white law enforcement. I hate racial opportunist with a passion that are politicians, entertainers, athletes... and I can sense it here.
If a police is going to detain us, we should have Miranda type rights read to us. We should also have civilian liaison or lawyer present either virtually or in person during this detainment.
