The new rules were affecting him and his game just as much as it was Harden's but Harden was the person with the spotlight
Dame gets a LOT of calls on those upswings
Him Harden and Trae Young all live in that area.

Dame dominates the ball just as much as Harden and Young but doesn't toss the assists that they do.

Steph Curry spends more than half the time off the ball and only tosses 1 less assist than Dame does living with it every possession.
