Is criminal. The many different variables makes it hard to truly rank all of the players accordingly and fairly.
At least for me.
There's too many advances in the game to truly rank all against each other. It's just weird and rough
She's probably the best shooter ever in college, she can handle the ball rebound and pass. She's just an all around great player.
She was basically the team. UCONN's players aren't asked to do what Caitlin did because they play with lots McDonald's All Americans.
So to individually rank a player and the player alone on their skillset, she'd have to be ranked very high.
Caitlin had better stats than Breanna, but Caitlin was asked to do more and so her stats are better and Breanna won four National Championships in a row.
Which has a lot to do why she's ranked number one.
Keep in mind every player was asked to do something different for their team and Caitlin was asked to do more for hers. So when I say this understand.
Stat wise on paper based only on stats, Caitlin's stats are better than all of those listed in the top 10.
The only players stats whose stats are comparable to Caitlin's is Lynette Woodard, and I'd probably have to give Lynette the nod because she scored all of her points without shooting 3's.
The WNBA forcing girls to play 4 years is stupid. A once in a generation talent is now damaged goods after playing against scrubs.
Let the girls with the talent leave early.
No Swoopes is crazy. Clarke is not better than anyone on that list except Griner. Again this is why women's sports are doing themselves a disservice by slurping over Clarke over and over.
