No doubt! I calls 'em like I sees 'em. If a broad is fcuked up, she's fcuked up. But I can't let my brothas off the hook just cause we belong to the same gender. My brother should not have married his first wife! There were a bunch of red flags before he walked down the aisle, but the way he puts it is that they were doing a long distant relationship and he only got to see the best of her. Nevermind the outburst that she had at family functions or how erratic she'd get when talking about her parents.
My sister love her to death, but she starts fights with MEN and then can't finish them! Then wants ME to fight for her honor while telling me half truths! Her ex-husband witnessed this first hand. My father had to calm me down and got to the bottom of how one of her confrontations started. Cause she would have had me fighting another black man like ninjas in the streets in a very red part of a Michigan suburb. That alone he should have checked out. His thought should have been: 'If she is willing to let her brother possibly get his ass beat (possibly, who am I kidding. The guy that I was squaring up against was TWICE my size and I am already a big dude) and arrested, what would she do to me her husband?'
Yes women as fcuked up as they are, I am hard on men cause we're the leaders! The buck stops with us! Everybody wants us to lead, well leaders don't pass the blame. Babies don't happen without our seed, so stop thinking with your dyck! Marriages don't happen without us dropping to one knee! "Well what about when women propose?" THAT'S BULLSHYT!!!! That relationship has all kinds of dynamics that are fcuked up and show me those relationships 5 years from whenever/if ever the wedding happens! Leaders lead! Heavy is the head that the crown sits upon. Spouting stats about how women are fcuked up doesn't change the fact that you chose to run up in 15 irresponsible broads RAW. Women get to be irresponsible, they aren't the head! We are the head.
Brother, I hear you & I agree for the most part.
However & I'm not attacking you or anyone else...there's a big issue that you are missing.
You aren't addressing "us", as in the BGOL family that basically got the good sense to either not get caught up in this type of situation or have already had the experience of being/currently being in this situation.
You addressing the immature, childish, overly emotional, feminine men that's out there today that's doing this. And what I've learned is that they
truly don't give a fuck. They
KNOW that Uncle Sam gonna tend to those kids, that he doesn't have to take responsibility. Hell, most of them have
NEVER had any true responsibility. They are just as emotional as the women they had the kids by & just as selfish too.
You are asking boys to become men without any idea of what manhood truly is & most times with a constant reminder that they don't have to strive, grind, hustle & level up to be that leader & that man. That is the true problem.
You also want black men to take the reigns of something that is basically out of our control. The BGOL men are mostly from the last generation that had any sense of morals & values that was passed down from a man to a man. We grew up knowing if we fuck the neighborhood hoe, you strap it up. Don't trust no chick with your sperm...take your condom with you & throw it away or put some hot sauce in it. Even with that, you still had brothers that got caught up & passed on those lessons they learned on threads such as this.
But this is a different day. Women should shoulder blame as well. Hell, even more so, as this world is now catered to their every need & demand. These women
KNOW that that dude ain't shit & she still going raw. She knows & sees all the red flags & still pursues a future to make a broken family. This has nothing to do with the men (which ain't us & who are really, still little boys). This is all on the
WOMAN.
I make this point. If Uncle Sam cancelled out all of the social programs today, how many women do you think would be able to survive without a man's assistance? Now, of those women, how many will be able to find or have the father of the child(ren) do their part?
Women aren't children & they aren't fools. They know good & damn well what they are doing & they also don't give a fuck. And they know that they will be rescued & saved (and not by black ment).
Their emotions, self-image & their hormones are more important than black folks, our struggle, our culture & the diaspora as a whole. Start putting the blame on these women, cause they are more than responsible for this single mom epidemic.
