Made no sense for her to drag it out for another time, but it's the way of the show

She would have already have had to been standing ready when they opened the door, to which negan might not have been the one to open it one and would have been shot 2. Would have accomplished nothing.
And from the sitting position she could have tried a game of speed with him, but ended up getting a blow to the head first.
If you think you only got one shot at something you don't waste it when the odds are against you.
And dying / suicide still would have accomplished nothing

This whole "we are all Negan" stuff is bullshit because its clear that NEGAN is the one that is in charge and the one that everybody is scared of. From the looks of it Dwight is/was his second in command and he treated him like shit so i'm sure if they killed Negan, Dwight wouldn't step up and run things the same way Negan did
