I compare NXT and the main roster call-ups to the G-league and NBA call-ups.Character change in the sense that most NXT call-ups are winners and champions in NXT and/or other companies, but perpetual losers on the main roster.
That's always been my main hangup on watching NXT. The success ratio seem like 1:5 when called up.
Austin Theroy is indeed a headscratcher. I never understood his big push and since that Cena win, he has done nothing. NOTHING!
Most of the G-league call-ups (even the All-Stars, MVPs, etc.) will not make it in the NBA long-term because of the difference in talent level.
Same with the NXT talent that goes to RAW or Smackdown.
Being a champion in NXT does not guarantee long-term success on the main roster.
You have a different audience that you're catering to (hardcore/smaller fanbase in NXT versus more casual/wider fanbase for RAW and Smackdown).

A lot of people don't like their jobs and many more would give their left nut to sit and watch wrestling from the best seats in the house, get to travel with their significant other and say a few things every 20 minit a or so lmao she's always going to come off as a dumb ass unless she actually somehow pulls of a career in music or signs with Tony the markY'all gotta let that girl live man. Think about this....she's a few years shy of forty. Already a single mother. Probably had the easiest job in the world relatively speaking and she had it in mind that she wanted to do more in wrestling like actually train to be a wrestler? At that age? She didn't like her job and yet she excelled at it which is why nobody in here had anything bad to say about her until she decided to leave. Letting her walk would have been firing when apparently she quit. At the end of the day some people prioritize chasing their goals over staying in a position of comfort. Whatever happens happens and if it works out for her so be it and if it doesn't so what.
