They don't have the balls to turn Cody into the Corporate Champion
Unless they plan on using heel Cody to make Roman the ultimate babyface.
I was hoping when Cody turned him down Jacob and Tama would jump Cody leading to Roman to come out with Jey Uso to stop Jacob and Tama and help Cody. At this point Jey turns on Roman and is revealed as the True TKO Corporate Champion/Head of the Table The chosen one by the Rock. Jey then challenges Cody at Wrestlemania, and Roman challenges Rock as the true "Seiuli". This leads to their match at Mania.

Cody is kayfabe mentally unbalanced (Dashing/Stardust/becoming real-life Geese Howard for some reason). The Rock's meddling and machinations could finally unleash Homelander.

I've had a night to sleep on it and....that Rock-Cody segment just came off fucking weird.
The segment just kept going and going and going and going.....
Feels like Rock is just crowbarring himself into WrestleMania and/or trying to pop a rating for Smackdown and sell out the remaining tickets for WrestleMania.
If they are wanting to turn Cody heel (which I do think would work) there are better ways to accomplish it than basically rehashing the "corporate champion" storyline from back in the day with Vince-Rock and then Vince-Stone Cold.

So diesel played bball in college and I had heard that he was "down" from day one. Hes cool and all but he was a terrible booker in wow and was one of the people that caused it to fail.

Pretty good scenarios. But would never happen. Love the new direction of wwe but they don’t love us that much. They are drawing some stuff out way too long. Is Jade even coming back? The tease is longer that rocks long ass promo.

I swear this dude gotta be the worst kind of asshole to give power too. Like giving the class asshole the role of hall monitor. It was supposed to be for a month, but even the school saw with the 1st few days, "you can't give an asshole power. Not even a little bit."

Why does Rock continue to interject himself into this man's Mania storyline? There are easier ways to get to Roman/Rock that don't need to involve reminding Cody that Rock is the final Dwayne.
