Y’all both might be right. There’s a lot of cats from N.O. out here and they are a problem to the local ATL boys. Either way regardless of where they from they totally lost.
And this Is the problem with the prison system today. Back In the day all the way up to the late 90's early 2000's They threw the savages In housing areas that were mixed. Example If a area consisted of 4 bloods 3 crips, 4 trinitarians, and 3 kings and say 1 or 2 of them GF ninjas would come into the house they would fall back and have no choice but to adapt and 9 times out of 10 shit would be chill. But now through lawyers, law suits and such they make gang houses where there would be at least 30 members of each affiliation would have there own unit and basically what they did was empower the gangs, If a neutral happened to get placed In the area, They would get robbed, extorted, never use the phone or possibly worse. It also makes It harder for the CO to gain any kind of control.
