It probably used her as a source. It's well known that a lot of these algorithms used a lot of porn as example sources. That's part of the contention on if it's actually creating new content or just changing existing content so that it fits into the request made.

This is a very good point, it's also the reason why the generators tend to struggle with vaginas because it's using images of porn which will tend to feature spread and/or freshly fucked vaginas.
