The work on this one is amazing.
The accurate fingers, nails, nail polish, the flossie cap, and a very good depiction of her using the stethoscope as a prop. Physically, her skin tone looks very nice, and her breasts look great and age accurate but her cross-legged pose is amazing.
Getting a cross-legged pose that looks real with an actual weight shift is tremendously difficult and you nailed it perfectly here!

So not all are the same, also many images are output at a smaller scale. These two I just made, click them and zoom in as much as possible, to see the detail in the skin. Both images are almost 30mb each and at 5000x6600 pixels.

Very accurate shadow casting and I really like how it's bringing out the undertones of the women's skin, this is an actual occurrence for Black women and/or Latinas with substantial African ancestry. The variance of skin tones and hair textures and styles are really showing off the way A.I. getting better at understanding the varied looks of people of the African diaspora.
Also, the areolas show either imperfect circles or accurate fading, and the nipples also have proper shading and look very impressive.
I'm also very impressed at some of the women having laid edges.
