Honestly back when I did social work I encountered everyone. I guess it was predominantly people of color but there is a whole system at play that's complicated and the average person wouldn't understand. When it came to financial SERVICES? Particularly WIC and food stamps and rental assistance? It was a lot of white and Jewish. I don't know the new term house less, unhoused unsheltered were black Latino. But there IS a sizeable Asian homeless community but they are insulated as hell and very well supported.

It's complicated because there is drugs, mental issues, abuse, financial etc.
We ALL out here struggling.
But being Black and woman? It's the worst. Black male with a record? Very difficult.
I could go on.
