These shows are male humiliation rituals.
It's so rare to find a woman even worthy of marriage on this shows. Majority are bringing another mans children along.
The few clips that I have seen had some decent well educated Brothers with legit credentials in all kinds of fields. These same Brothers get rejected for stupid reasons like color of pants, haircut, not tall enough or because they seem too nice. Truth is these women have no clue how to build with a man, they cannot recognize the inner quality of that man.
This is why women of other races are eager to jump into a productive Black mans arms.

What is real are the deplorable conditions of these women. Zero are qualified to be a wife. Majority of them have multiple children my multiple men. Most have no real career path. The ones with degrees tend to have useless basket weaving degrees in bullshit. HAIR-HATS, excessive make up, TATS all over the body, absurdly long fake eyelashes. Most are obese and look like prostitutes.
Regardless of how FAKE the show is, low quality of the women being presented is very REAL.
I get your point and agree when it comes to your self-esteem. It pays to take a realistic approach when it comes to what truly impacts your life and what doesn't. I think it's safe to say every man in BGOL knew women were flakey as f***. Now it's being advertised. (lol)
