And most of these breeds have that rep because dumbasses breed them to be vicious, I wish some city would try to make me give up my dog. Or like dalmations ar genetic anomolies in the first place

Have had my pit for 4 years. No trouble at all. It comes down to how you train your dog people.

dalmations are retarded....i owned one....gave that shit to the pound

pitbulls>>>>>>

pretty easy to train if you have time and patience

none of them dogs dangerous unless YOU make em that way.. and if YOU do train em to be dangerous then tha German Sheperd is DEFINITELY number 1

and niggas always buy pits and rotts, and have absolutely the worst way of confining them and protecting the public. years ago when I was back at home I was walking my dads dog and he has neighbors (a few blocks away) that have 3 very old Rotts. I was walking his dog and I didn't even see where the dogs came from but 2 of them were loose and ran over to our dog. She was much smaller at the time and when they ran up on her barking she layed down and the dogs came over to attack her. One grabbed her face in it's mouth the other went for her underbelly. That dog was closest to me so I kicked that dog as hard as I could.

I never heard a dog scream the way that one did. The other dog let her go and they both took off running back into the yard. Our dog had gotten away from me when the other dog let go of her face she ran on the the side of the fence by another neighbor. I picked her up and started to walk back home with her. And don't you know that the ignorant nigga that owns the dogs came out of the house yelling anc cursing at me telling me he should shoot me for kicking his dog. The guy knows my dad and bothers aer cops, but the guy didn't know me.Didn't knwo that was my dad's dog. We argued about his dogs getting loose and all he was concernced about was his dogs. When I got home I told my mom and we took the dog to the vet. In the end my dad got animal control to take the animals away from those people. As far as I know they don't have any new dogs yet. And I never did find out if the 3rd one was there or not or what happend to it, cause I never saw it.

yah those people are losers. niggas always buy the most vicious dogs they can find and get little security for them. What they don't realize that if their dog attacks a person. A lien will be placed on their home until they pay for the bills.

Or worse if the dog kills another person the owner can be charged with murder or manslaughter. .

I hear dalmatians have to be trained a certain way. Back when the 101 Datamation movies came out a bunch of folks when out and bought their kids dalmatians but didn't train them properly. So a lot of them ended up in the pound like yours.

Should have posted breeds by the picture so we could tell which is which?

A German Shepard attack me while I was a kid at a basketball court for no reason, it walked over where I standing (I was barely paying attention to it) no barking, no growling just bite my leg and walked away while I stood there in shock. The very hot teenage white girl of the neighborhood, who owned the dog, took me to her house, cleaned and patched me up. I remember the older boys saying to me, they wished that dog bite them :D

I am suprised this beast did not make the list!

Caucasian Mountain Dog are strongly-boned, muscular and even-tempered Molossers.

The breed has two types: mountain and plain. Plain dogs have a shorter coat and appear taller as they are more lightly built. Mountain types have a heavier coat and are more muscularly built. The breed's weight range is 102–180 pounds (46–82 kg.) and the height range is 25–29 inches (64–78 cm.).

Softness and vicious temperaments are considered serious faults for the breed. Generally healthy and long lived, hip dysplasia, obesity and occasional heart problems are known to occur. The ears of the Caucasian Ovcharka are traditionally cropped, although some modern dogs are unaltered. The preferred show-types are the long-coated grey dogs with some white markings. Black or black-and-tan dogs are not acceptable in the show ring. The minimum height is 24.5 inches with no upper limit.

Temperament
They are loyal to their duty in protecting their flock and family and will stand by and defend through any circumstance. They are an extremely aggressive animal and need very experienced owners.

your right i was like 8.....i pride myself in training dogs though...my pit lives inside and is like a poodle...but let a nigga knock on my door to hard...honestly most people who own pits think its cool to have a vicious looking animal

This is an arguement that will go on as long as these type of breeds are around.Besides it really pointless to argue with someone who owns or has owned one of these types of dogs because they are always going to say the opposite no matter what.Ive owned one of the dogs on the list and I wont even defend him or the breed because with owning such a breed I knew what responcibility's come alone with that and the main one is that he is an animal that is unpredictable no matter what.

Its the owner,Its the breed, its the this, its the that but after its all said and done no one wants to take responcibility and being that the dogs dont choose the owner but the owner choose's the dog so you get the blame for owning such a breed.A dog just isn't a dog, most of us go out and get a certain breed for certain reason's and if one of those reason happen to be to guard, protect or whatever else thats because thats what it was breed for...you as an owner have to eat it and so does that breed dog.A 50/50 relationship.

:smh:I dont give a fuck what you think or tell me about how your dog acts or will behave...its still an animal, its not a right to own one,its a privilege.

:dance:get one at your own risk for youself and for the breed...if not go get a fucking cat and put a leash on it.

:yes:or those jap akitas those are viscous as well heard they kill pitts

Akitas will pin an opposing dog 3 times before they go for the kill.

My mom was walking our Akita one night and some dude decided to let his pitt out of the parked car he was sitting in to fight my dog. She pinned the pitt twice and because my mom was all in the mix went for the throat, to show she could and pitt took off.

I do agree it's about the owner and knowing what kind of animal you have as a pet. my mom knew to just take her off the leash and let her do what she had to.

Which bitch are they talkin about, the one on the right or the one on the left?

Don't get it twisted. Dalmatians are the quintessential "does not play well with others" dog. I am not as good as I used to be, but you could flash card me every breed and I knew it by name and what colors they came in. The Dalmatian, and ironically the Giant Poodle are NOT to be f*cked with. Do not let cartoons fool you.:smh::smh::smh:

No lie, I believe that German Shepherds, and I have black friends and family members that successfully own them, are RACIST! Every time I run across them, they "appear" to be aggressive towards black males differently than any other gender/ethnic group I see them react to, no exaggeration.

Honestly, I believe the list is flawed. My grandfather had a snow white pit with red eyes! Most beautiful dog you ever f*ckin seen. Mean as hell, but would not hurt the grand kids if you gave him a Milk Bone. My grandfather owned a Doberman Pinscher. She was raised to round up hogs and protect their farm. Never one time, was vicious towards the grand kids.

Now, my cousin raised Chow Chow's. Those motherfucker's are domesticated lions, lol. Extremely territorial and WILL test the owner if not trained properly.

I grew up in a suburb that had a neighborhood Rottweiller. Now, I have seen renegades, no doubt, but this f*cker waited with us at our bus stop in the morning and was there when we got off in the afternoon to greet us. He roamed freely throughout the neighborhood and we never had a problem.

I think the Boxer is misplaced as well but they are definite protectors. I think the Alaskan Malamute and Husky are only on there because they look like wolves. You never hear or read about them harming people but I am sure it does happen. And if they are mad, it is probably because somebody in the Southeast or West owns them and they lash out because they are hot as f*ck!

I would replace the Alaskan Malamute and Husky with the Akita and the Poodle. Simple as that.

I can co-sign this. We had one mixed with German Sheperd and he got a little wild one day, and once I got him in the crib I had to beat the hell out of him, so he would know to never do it again. We were kids at the time.

I have a German Sheperd now. They're smart and are good guard dogs. They are known to be biters.

I don't see how Presa's aren't #1 and no Fila Brasserios on the list.

The Presa Canario requires a very dominant owner who understands the alpha nature in canines. No member of the family can be uncomfortable around the dog. Canaries make outstanding guard dogs. Just their appearance is a deterrent not to mention their ability to confront any intruder. In the wrong hands this dog can be dangerous, but with the right owner it can make a nice, devoted companion. This is not a breed for first time dog owners. Owners must take their dogs for daily pack walks to satisfy their migration instincts. The dog must not walk in front of the human who is holding the lead, as the pack leader goes first. The dog must walk beside or behind the human. The objective in training this dog is to achieve a pack leader status. It is a natural instinct for a dog to have an order in their pack. When we humans live with dogs, we become their pack. The entire pack cooperates under a single leader. Lines are clearly defined and rules are set. Because a dog communicates his displeasure with growling and eventually biting, all other humans MUST be higher up in the order than the dog. The humans must be the ones making the decisions, not the dogs. That is the only way your relationship with your dog can be a complete success.
