I hate that Madea trash like nothing else but the dude literally helped bring Black Panther to the screen.

I legit don't want to get in a whole back and forth about motherfucking Tyler Perry. The dude employed Black people to work on a Black Panther movie at a Black-owned studio. That's it. Not here to change your opinion on him. Felt like since you're in the trade that you should know.
 
Plot sounds similar to Denzel Washington flick Deja Vu that wasn't very good. But I'll watch this one and just about any film that showcases black people in positive roles. :hmm:

You don't think since he owns his own studio we should have gotten waaaaaaay more diverse films featuring black characters by now? I never said anything about his employing black people (that wasn't my point) you guys threw that in. I'm talking about movies that aren't the normal stat quo for black cinema.....That was my point. That doesn't change my opinion.

I mean gawd damn... If the title of the movie has three letter words in it.. Fucking Add an Actors name in the thread title... cause the board can't search shit that's less then 3 words. Then before you post... Search one of the actor's names.. especially if it has black people in it. We are going to put that black person's name in the title.
