Could he? Yes.
But in the long run, bankruptcy only protects you while you pay back debts. So he'd still owe the money.
Not to mention, declaring bankruptcy would 1) require him to admit (or at least claim) that he does not have the money to pay that large a debt and 2) be a huge glaring point of a flaw for his current campaign (I can't see anyone reasonably viewing a bankrupt president as anything but a security risk).
