I’m really curious with the SC taking up this Trump immunity case.
You’d have to imagine if they rule and with these clowns possible that a President is a King.
My goodness! The ramification for this country would be terrifying.
A possible King Trump would unleash hell on everyone including former President Biden/Obama etc. Literally nothing would be off the table…all would be under legal “King” business according to the SC.
Would he even give up his seat at the end of his term?

If a president is ruled to have absolute immunity, then Biden will have no choice but to permanently disappear Trump, Jimmy Hoffa style. There would be no consequences, right?
This is simply an attempt to make it as easy as possible to allow Trump to run for President. Cause how are you going to say Presidents are above the law, yet the Supreme Court can still step in and tell a President that an executive order is against the law or unconstitutional?
Sadly, That would have to be part of the answer in addition to making significant modifications to the SC that out make such an outlandish decision.
Interestingly, The SC would also be signing the end of their stupid system.
Justices for life is one of the stupidest things this country could have instituted.
King Trump would legally have the power to over-turn, enforce, not enforce, change ANY ruling on ANYTHING they decided on simple because he doesn't agree.

The restrictions were implemented after Trump was found liable for defamation before the trial because Carroll won a separate lawsuit.
This new request from Trump's team will almost certainly be rejected given its legal baselessness. It's a desperate Hail Mary from a cornered, sinking man.
Best of all? Trump has to pay the $83.3 million to Carroll by March 9th — just four days away. Between this and the jaw-dropping $454 million he owes for his civil fraud case, Trump is barreling towards complete financial ruin.
