CNN was trying to spin it with the “Both Sides” narrative they love doing.

Curious, assuming this appellate court doesn’t side with the judgement. Can’t he appeal it to the Supreme Court afterwards?

Not sure if it was already talked about here but some say he cant go to jail due to the guaranteed secret service detail. They have to stay with him. House arrest would be the max he can get.
This is the another shady practice of Jews, got me questioning them. It is not absolute proof it is the second one pulling this stunt.
They can't resign as a Justice when a Republican is in office, it would raise red flags. They wait as a Democrat until they drop dead hoping a Republican is in power.
