Respectfully...Nah bruh I don't think pushing back against this notion that "Trump is done!" is defeatist at all. These fascist fucks have successfully crippled the USPS in a brazenly obvious gambit to make sure votes aren't counted (in an election which will see the largest volume of mail-in ballots ever by a long shot). Whatever margin Biden is winning by rn isn't enough to offset this ONE authortarian tactic deployed by these assholes and there is plenty more fuckery coming.
We need more than cute tweets and funny vids from the Lincoln Project. We need more than an opposition party sending subpoenas into the fucking ether. We need more than folks reassuring themselves it's all gonna be fine because from where I'm sitting this dude is def staying in office if things continue as-is... the only way this shit changes is if folks are clear about the context and act accordingly (ie mobilize in a huge and completely unprecedented way).
