Because you can't stop the parents from teaching their children what they want them to learn. If you ever been an educator or someone that helps young adults, you will realize you can't undo what is done at home. You will be surprised how many whites say the n word at home and go to school and act normal. You can't change that by learning about black history. lol. That is not the way to change racism. In fact, it makes them more bitter.
